The creative economy or orange economy is defined by the value of goods and services based on intellectual property. For the first WP, it was necessary to identify the overall framework that served as basis and frame for the rest of the project WPs. Likewise, universities in this first phase identified their state of the art in terms of education in creative technology, while other partners searched for best practices. This indicated the areas of development that were necessary to attend to the needs of the sector and thus ensure the employability of their graduates. This first WP paid attention, beyond the educational framework to the structure of the creative value chain and businesses in the orange economy, it raised the question of Intellectual Property Right management in the sector.
