O-CITY will participate in the 6th Conference on Tourism Intelligence on 16 December. Region of Murcia. Success cases.
The aim of the conference is to address the challenges faced by tourism destinations and companies in advancing their sustainability and competitiveness strategies.
Marta Ciudad, director of Development of the O-CITY platform, will take part in the round table on digitalisation for the sustainability and security of destinations and businesses.
The cultural and natural heritage platform O-CITY, will participate on 16 December in Cartagena in the “VI Jornada de Inteligencia Turística. Region of Murcia. Success cases”, organised by the Regional Ministry of the Presidency, Tourism and Sports. Tourist Intelligence of the Region of Murcia.
Marta Ciudad, director of Development of the O-CITY platform, will take part in the round table on digitalisation for the sustainability and security of destinations and companies. Moderated by Jesús Martínez, dean of the College of Computer Engineers of the Region of Murcia, this round table, which is part of Challenge 4 on “sustainability and security”, will also include Mario Gómez, head of the Region of Valencia and Murcia Region of ATOS ORIGIN, José Julio Becerril, president and co-funder of ALL IN BIKING, and Gregorio Morales, founder & CEO of CartagenaSpain.
The Auditorium and Conference Centre El Batel will host this sixth conference which aims to address the challenges faced by destinations and tourism companies to advance their sustainability and competitiveness strategies.
“These challenges include the importance of data analysis and interoperability between platforms, the technologies that will mark the promotion and creation of new tourism experiences, digitisation as a key element for the sustainability and safety of destinations and companies and the role of artificial intelligence throughout the travel cycle,” explained the event organisers.
