O-CITY participates in the Campus Praktikum of the Polytechnic University of Valencia Gandia

The Campus Praktikum 2024 took place at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 17 to 21 June. This activity is aimed at excellent students who are in their first year of Bachillerato or Higher Level Training Cycles.
The students had the opportunity to attend workshops and activities organised by UPV teachers and researchers, and to learn first-hand about the UPV campus and university life.

O-CITY held a workshop on the creation of audiovisual content with Artificial Intelligence applications. This technological innovation and linguistic promotion workshop was based on poems by renowned poets from the Valencian Community. The students, organised into four teams, worked on poems by Francisco Brines, María Ibars, María Beneyto and Josep Piera, to develop videos with images created with Artificial Intelligence.
The result is already published on the map of cultural and natural heritage in the cities linked to these poets and are already part of their intangible heritage:

Workshops PRAKTIKUM Campus de Gandia 2024:
1. SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENT
The Sustainability and Environment Praktikum is part of the Degree in Environmental Sciences at the Gandia Campus. Throughout the Praktikum, activities related to different aspects of this degree will be developed, such as the characterisation of water in the laboratory or the knowledge of the landscape or flora. Each day will be led by a lecturer from the degree course. Complementary activities will take place in the afternoon.
